NECo switch key. The Northern Electric Co. ran from Chico, CA to Sac CA, ( c.1904-1917) and was the predecessor of the Sacramento Northern Railroad Co. (c.1917-1983) which eventually went into San Francisco by ferry, and later, across the now gone double decker bay bridge.
